Improvement league table
Practices ranked by improvement over the selected lookback. League data loads automatically after the main dashboard.
Positive change means the latest month is higher than the comparison month for the selected metric. If a practice has incomplete source data for a month, it is flagged rather than hidden.
Comparison charts
Charts are the primary comparison view. Choose mapped PCN or local ICB practices. The detailed table follows the selected scope.
Detailed practice data
Raw figures for checking, copying and export.
Interpretation note: NHS App registrations are registered app users, not the full GP list. Uptake uses patients aged 13+ as the eligible denominator. Login figures are activity events rather than unique patients, so engagement metrics are shown separately from raw totals.
