Background
I am a frontline GP Partner and clinical leader working across practice, PCN, borough and North Central London system levels. My work focuses on improving primary care through better use of data, digital tools, population health management, clinical safety and practical service redesign.
I developed Arjus to support General Practice, PCNs and primary care leaders to better understand their data, identify unwarranted variation, prioritise improvement opportunities and make complex national and local datasets easier to use in day-to-day operational and clinical decision-making.
What is Arjus?
Arjus is a GP-built analytics and intelligence platform designed for primary care.
It brings together publicly available datasets, local dashboards and practical improvement tools to help practices, PCNs and system leaders make sense of performance, population health, workforce, access, contract delivery and patient outcomes.
The aim of Arjus is to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight — supporting better planning, safer care, improved patient outcomes and more informed conversations across primary care and the wider health system.
